Manual sourcing is often a bottleneck that trades speed for precision. I mapped a new approach that combines structured Boolean strategies with AI-assisted research to find high-value candidates across specific organizations. The system doesn’t replace the recruiter’s intuition; it clears the noise so they can spend their time vetting the best signals.
By standardizing organization-based targeting and role-specific filtering, we mapped a repeatable path to identify elite talent that traditional manual strings often miss. Stakeholder interviews are the backbone of a good search, but turning hours of raw conversation into a defensible strategy is a slow, manual process. What used to be a lingering administrative task is now a standardized output that ships shortly after the meeting ends.

I built a research and writing system that ingests source material, extracts the core narrative of the mission, and structures it into a polished recruitment profile.
